Our strategy is to acquire both residential and commercial real estate below fair market value. Typically financing 65-75% of the properties. The property is then under our management and any profits/proceeds will be distributed appropriately between principal loan balance and investors.
Investment
We are a firm believer in a long term investment strategy. Most assets under our management are termed between 5 years - 25 years.
